Head Cam questions

Head Cam questions I recently found that I have a blown headgasket I'm gonna do the swap my self once my house is finished. I don't understand much about cams and head specs and differences. I want to get the most for my money and don't care about getting my car smogged.
My current engine mods are LS6 intake, Flowtech Long tubes, no cats, and I guess thats really about it for actual motor mods.
I'm looking for good power gains, OEM reliability, and great drivability its gonna be in traffic.
Not sure if I need stage I II III Heads?
Cam Specs?
Have really been looking at this package any reccomendations out there.
SLP / AFR Cylinder Head & Cam Package, 1999-05 346 CID LS1 525 HP (Crank)
