Default milling heads and thinner head gaskets - help!

As mentioned in a few other posts , the heads I have are:

tsp prc 5.3 2.5r heads about 63cc
2.04/1.575 w/ferrea intake valves
between 228-232cc (don't know exactly)

cam : 230/234 595/585 114 +2

head gasket - stock gm (i believe)

I am having LME port my FAST 90/90 to match the heads, but while I am at it, I was going to have them check the heads #'s with the cam card to see if any hp can be gained by milling without flycutting pistons! Is this a good idea do you all think? Can I compensate for a bigger (056" gasket) by more milling? I am clueless to this side of things so any direction greatly appreciated.

some/most will probably tell you that you'd want the thinner head gasket over more milling for the better quench... mill a little less and get the thinner gaskets...
my .02

good luck
