changing to Katech rod bolts
I have decided to put a set of katech rod bolts on the car. (finally). I went with this decision due to no-resizing of rods etc.. but anyway my tranny is already out of the car waiting for my stall to come in. I figured this is the best time to swap the bolts out. Ive got a few questions.
--i take it the best way is to drop the k-member and all the junk down and hold the motor in place. My question is, is a cherry picker the best thing to hold the motor up?
--If so, where are you hooking up to hold it in place at?
--anything have to come off the motor for securing it? intake so it doesnt get damaged?
Just looking for my best bet, any help is appreciated!

Get a 4x4 peice of wood to go accross the shock towers. Tie the block to that and you are good to go. Chain on empty head bolts works well. If you have the trans out you can bolt to there as well.
