Default what springs to get??

well i have the m4 cam it has a nice lift what do you guys recommend for valvesprings?and retainers?it has to handle up to 650 on the lift..

crane cams 144833-16 springs and #144944-16(steel retainers), #144661-16(titanium reatiners).

titanium retainers, PRC dual springs(rated at .650" lift) just dont forget to check your springs about every 20k mi or so.
