Anyone running MS4 w/ .040" Cometics?

I went ahead and ordered an MS4 cam from TSP.
BTW, Jon and Trevor are two great guys to talk to.

I am running my stock '01 LS1 shortblock and installing a set of Patriot LS6 CNC heads (not milled more than .004") and stock valves.
I know I have to do a PTV clearance check since I plan on installing .040" Cometics, just want to feel better about this attempt. If someone has done it, I'd feel better

Was wondering if anyone out there is running an MS4 with .040" cometics and if you had to flycut the pistons?

It will probably fit, but might not make the safety net .080 intake/.100 exhaust PTV clearences.

Clay it to be sure.

i have a sim question...i have stage 2 patriot heads and wanting to know if the MS4 will fit without flycutting?

BTW, head specs are:
2.02"/1.57"/59cc

Edit: i am running the 231/237 .585/.595 112 LSA cam with these heads as of now with no probs and no flycutting
