what sleeves for big bore? Who makes the sleeves for the big bore motors?
Ive read about the issues about the water leaking.
How did they fix it?
Was the sleeve moving up or down?

Re: what sleeves for big bore? I doubt you will find those answers easily, most of the builders consider those items proprietary information. I'd also bet that the few places that are successfully building resleeved aluminum LS1s use different machining methods and sealing techniques, as well as custom liners.
