Is there a set screw on the C5 TB?

Is there a set screw on the C5 TB? My TR224 cam idles great at 750 RPM but if I give it a big rev it'll hunt for idle when it falls. Do our cars have a set screw or should I drill a 3/16" hole? Thanks.
