How hard to get TR224 to pass CA emissions????

How hard to get TR224 to pass CA emissions???? got my headers coming and my exhaust soon to go on. By the end of this year I plan to have the TR224 with 114 LSA cam installed and I was just wondering if I can't get hooked up on smog, how hard would it be to make this cam pass??? I know the 220 will pass no problems but I want more power.

1.) lean out the base with the MAFT
2.) fresh spark plugs
3.) keep the car warmed up a long time
i think the car would have a good chance of passing. I hope that it passes <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> The 114 lsa also helps out a lot too...i dont think anyones smogged a 224 cam in cali?

Re: How hard to get TR224 to pass CA emissions???? i have heard several people say its passed in Cali...it right on the edge though so just a lot of fine tuning. BTW im out in Cali and ill be getting the TR224 in a month or 2. Just have to find a place that wont look for headers
