Ls1/5.3l I dunno if this is the correct forum but we can give it a try...
I need to know the differance between a LS1 5.7 98-02 motor like what comes out of a WS6 or SS. and a stock 5.3L that comes in most new age silverado trucks.
comparison stock vs. stock on what is the same and what will bolt to the other. I know right off the bat the bore/stroke is going to be different but that is all I know.
