Whats the easiest way to swap out lifters without taking to much appart

Regardless of what you do, the heads have to come off. There are no shortcuts.

Unless you had a lifter fail, I'd wait until you do a head swap, it's pointless otherwise. Way too much work just for better lifters.

well I'm asking b/c I'm putting a MS4 in my car and it has just hit 66,000 miles and I was going to put new lifters in when I put the cam in
