Good luck and lets go to the track.

Sounds like a lot of power, rev and gear to hook!!

Congrats, are you going to run full exhaust etc? How is driveability? What compression?

Cool choice on the Iron block too, lots of rigidity for the high revs and compression!

I can't believe how docile the car is. Even with the iron disk clutch it was easy to drive (I guess that low end torque helps) Compression is in the 12.75:1 neighborhood (we had to do additional flycutting of the pistons and I didn't cc them afterwards)

Hey Shane....just seen you post about some 335's. I just put another set on my car. They stick out of the fender a little more than I wanted but look good. I didn't modify the inner fender at all and I'm using a 4.5 BS on 17x12 rims. My axles are shortened 3.5" on each side so in reality I have the equivalent of about 8" BS. The fender will need massaged a little to prevent it from hitting over huge bumps but they fit much better than the 335's I had on 18" rims.

I'm using a Kumho Ecsta 700 Competition tire. They should be good for about 3,000 miles. I had them shaved to 4/32's and heat cycled. Treadwear rating of 50 LOL. They are 335/35/17 and the diameter is only slightly larger than stock at 26.1

Thank God I'm 31 and not 21 or else I might have actually broken it in the Jason way...

BTW So Slow thanks for the cool pics and thanks Justin for posting them. I just got in from a trip and can assure you I will be back at Thunder tomorrow...

LOL!!! j/k... it is really a stretch for me to build something like this, but once you build it past a certain level, there are certain things you can't do without... 9" or 12 bolt etc... and the project just keeps growing and growing...

Without Geoff and Angie and the whole Thunder crew (and alot of my own "sweat equity") or Victor, Randall, and Joe of Fischer Automotive Specialties I could never have built anything like this.

Awsome paint job and flames. Got to be the best flame job I've ever seen. I'm sure pictures don't do it justice. Congrats on your car, looks like you've got all the bases covered.
