Hydraulic lifter question, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can someone tell me what other lifter I can go with besides the Comp R Series that does just the same or is equal to the Comp R Series Lifter?
Thanks!!!!!
Thanks!!!!!
shubeck racing.
they have a lifter set that can be used but they aint cheap, they are composite and very lightweight.
the lifter design is a contoured ramp so there is no actual roller. yet it woks with roller cams as ours.
its definatly the shiznit as far as lifter technology goes.
if memory is right, they go for about 800 or so.
never will wear em out and the cam wont need the standard break in period on initial fire up due to the composite material. they are worth there weight in gold over a period of time.

I have had three sets of lifters done by Sherman Racing, they use GM lifters and fix them so you can run them to 7500 and up. Give Cliff or Al a call. Tell them that Dan fron Minnesota told you to call. 225-473-4923
Steve, those are for a solid roller, I talked to him today...nice lifter <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
