difference between 2000 and 2002 injectors?
Will you gain anything with putting the 2002 injectors in a 2000? What about with the LS6 intake? I am getting to put the intake in on a 2000 and I am wondering if I should put in the larger injectors.
At a recent dyno day, several 1998-2000 showed up. Most had the usual bolt-on's and pulled 300-305rwhp on a Dynojet 248. A guy i know had put on the LS6 intake on his 2000 WS6 M6. He pulled 319rwhp. His torque didn't change much much.
We just pulled off my injectors off my 2002 Trans Am. They were 24 pounders, the AF was way off. We put some 28 pound injectors on and the AF was easier to modify. That was with tuning, not just slapping injectors in as well.

In 2001 GM went back to the 28 lb injectors, and as far as I know did not reduce them in 2002...
