Default C R question

im planning on switching my oem ported heads for either a set of AFR or trick flow heads and would like to bump the compression up.
its a full bolt on 346ci H/C car with an f14, ewp, viper t56, moser 12 bolt car that at this point is pretty much just a weakend toy street bruiser, i live in michigan and only use 94 octane gas in it and since my stock heads have been decked but at the same time the chambers were releived im around stock cr.
how high of a cr can i go? im willing to put up with some bad manners as long as it streetable and reliable.
what size chamber and runners would you recommend?
i would like to buy the bare heads and assemble them myself where do you recommend i buy them?

Id run ported/polished LS6's milled down some. The dynamic compression is what will limit how much compression you can run. Punch all the numbers in the DCR calculator and see what ya some up with.
