Valve seal trick? HELP ASAP!!!

Valve seal trick? HELP ASAP!!! Ok. So im taking off the stock valvetrain and upgrading to comp rods and Patriot Gold springs. I cannot get the damn valve seals back on over top of the spring seats. When I do, there is still a 2-3mm gap between the spring seat and the bottom of the valve seal! How do yall get them on all the way?

Haha.... A little trick I use is to take the ti retainer, set it on the seal, and push it down with the palm of my hand.... Although this only works with the head on the bench and the valve slid out.
