i did some searches and it looks like .04 might be a little safer. im going with stock gaskets and my lift is 0.563. so many variables.

you should be fairly safe with up to .060 milled with a 221-224 563 cam (assuming you got that Speed Inc. grind a few guys have). i agree though, there are MANY variables.

what about fitment of the intake? i dont want to go 0.05 and have it not fit too well.

how much to mill?

is .05 too much with a 7.35 pushrod and stock everything else cept springs and cam?

should be perfect as long as you dont have some HUGE cam. i could be wrong though.

what do you consider HUGE? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

gonna polish the intake ports a little- any suggestions other than making them look like mirrors?
