Default HELP!!! Please list your cam specs!!!

I am doing a bit of research and need your help. I am trying to figure out the largest cam that can be installed in a stock short block LS1. ( without flycutting the pistons) Please list the following:

Duration Intake and Exhaust at .050

Lobe seperation

Lift on intake and exhaust

what rocker arm ratio you are using

the advance or retard that is ground into the cam

Comp XER grind 227/227 duration .599/.599 lift 111lsa 0 degrees ground in.My heads are milled 30thous and I have 5.7 heads.Oh and stock rocker arms.

That is a good question. I would think around 234 and with a lift of .600 would be the biggest.. lsa between 112 and 116

Alonzo: Do you happen to have any dyno graphs online with that cam? I've been thinking about one very similar to that, minus a little lift. How high do you have to spin it? Stock internals?
