LS6 Assembly costs?

LS6 Assembly costs? What do you guys think it would cost to have a LS6 assembled from the bottom up? Not a short block. Having the LS6 block, eagle crank, forged rods/pistons, heads, cam, etc all separate put together for a complete long block.

A shop quoted me $500 with full build sheet including clearance and specs. Does that sound good? I personally know the guy, so he said it would be a bit cheaper than other stores. Think it's a good buy?
