Default Pull engine to replace rings?

Do I have to pull the engine out of the engine bay to just replace the rings? I would imagine with a ring replacement I would also have to rehone the cylinders. Is that right?

Removing the rads/pistons will be almost impossible with the engine inside. The k member is totally going to make it a PITA <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

It would be beyond a PITA to swap rings w/out removing engine.

Honing for new rings is a "common sense" thing. Yes, do it. Remember: Hone, not bore. Can't take much outta the innards of a LS1 cylinder...
