Default SomeoneHelp Me with a setup!!!

I thinking about a heads and cam set-up of 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA, and a set of stage 1 heads with a 100shot of NOS, i plan on upgrading the clutch(of course) but I am worried about the rearend. Should I just do half of the set-up with the NOS, like heads and NOS or would it be safe to go all out? Im shoting for maybe 420hp or a little less or more. Or should I go a completely different route? Im doing some suspension mods right now, but i need a plan for when im ready to put the power to the ground( when I have some )

Learn from my mistakes (4 busted stock rearends) and buy the 12-bolt and clutch before adding any more power. Even with a stock motor, an LS1 would be a ton of fun at the track on slicks with a rearend and clutch and 6K rpm dumps. The launch is the most fun part, I wish I had known that in the early days.

I almost wrecked my car when I had heads/cam/nitrous (500 rwhp) when one of those stock rearends broke as I shifted into 4th gear at the track and it locked up. It also caused me to grenade a tranny when it locked up. $1500 mistake all because of a POS stock rearend.

any more ideas for a good street setup, maybe a little diffrent then mine. Is there any way beside a rear end girdle to beef up the 10 bolt?
