What to clean heads with?

What to clean heads with? I was wondering what would be good to clean some carbon build up from a set of heads? The heads are in good shape, but they do have a little carbon build up on the pistons and head chambers. I would like to clean them up before I sell them. TIA.

It's a great product for cleaning car parts (engine parts, etc)
