Idle issues with new cam
Only drivability issue is with the idle: Ed set it at 900-950 for my prior ST II package, and we drilled the TB hole to optimize the Pintle counts.
On the new setup, rpms drop to idle, then below (to about 5-600) and then back up to 900 where it settles. Car does NOT stall out at any time but does lope (as expected). Pintle counts are 40ish with AC off, and 90ish with AC on.
Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone or is this the price of admission for a large cam?
