Default Cam help

I have a 2000 trans am ws6 M6 with LT headers, exhaust, lid, 373 gears.
I think i've finally decided on a cam in the TSP Torquer v2 (232/234 .595/.598) and heads in the Precision Race Components LS6 cnc ported cylinder heads.
The car is not a daily driver and is mostly a pleasure weekend car, although occasional 1/4 mile track while occur. I dont want a crazy cam, want a nice lob sound without the idle being to rough. I want the car to be able to take off (normal driving) nicely.
My questions are:
1. Whats the difference in v2 and v3 cam?
2. Which lsa should i go on the cam?
3. What specs on the heads are needed to go with this well?
4. Should I get other springs versus just the regular ls6 ones and why?
5. Is there ANY thing other than just the heads/cam i need to purchase to install?

Thanks
