They are incredible heads. The problem is the expense. To run these heads, you'd have to pay for valve seats, valves, springs, retainers, custom sheet metal intake, C5R valve covers, etc.
I think someone ran a total on it a while back and came up with about $10K-$13K for the whole thing.
If I remember correctly, some cleaned up C5R heads flowed in the 440cfm range.
