What kind of cam do I need
Re: What kind of cam do I need This would be a terrific question for one of our sponsers. There are a lot of things that are going to be tied in with the type of cam that you are looking for.
1. How drivable do you want this to be? Are you willing to sacrifce around town drive-ability for top-end power? (I wouldn't, it gets to be a hassle)
2. Do you want a cam that works with the stock computer programming?
3. Are you planning on modding your car further in the future?
These are the kind of questions that you are going to get fired back at you, and will determine what type of cam you are looking for. I personally prefer Thunder Racing. For me, they have always been the easiest to get a hold of, and don't mind answering an onslaught of questions.
