Ls1 Mystery please help
I have 2004 Lumina SS (Holden Commodore)
The car was running ok with vortech supercharger system and kooks longs that’s when I decided to go forged and low compression for more boost
Ordered my rotating assembly from speed O motive " stock size crank + 6.1 H beam and 8.4 wiseco Pistons
The crank came with reluctor wheel fitted so we never touched it
Bought Thunder Racing Custom Split Pattern Camshaft for Nitrous/Supercharger applications- 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA (This cam will check in the 226 range on the exhaust lobe.) package with springs and push rods
The cam was installed with dot on cam sprocket to the dot on crank sprocket
SLP double roller and oil pump
We assembled every thing together
Then removed the auto transmission installed a manual 6 with spec stage 3 clutch and steel billet fly wheel
Flash the PCM with stock manual file except for injector size (42)
Then when it came to start the car it's very hard to start , the RPM is very heavy and there is a massive misfiring in the intake
When we try to do crank position sensor CASE learn when we hit start the learn starts ok then this massage shows "TPS too high" and try to try again but it cant be finished
That’s when the headers starts to glow red
The only codes we got is oil pressure sensor and some times we got that plus 2 codes
TPS low voltage and TPS Hi voltage at the same time
Please help, I hope I gave enough infos about the problem
the reluctor wheel is just as the old one . is there a way to check the reluctor wheel if it was installed properly while the engine still in the car, and is there away to adjust it if not?
