Default What is max preload on comp 850-16 lifters?

I am getting the rockers on now and with the 7.400" PRs, I have roughly .150" preload and with the 7.350" PR's, I have around .080" to .100" preload.

What is to much?

I was thinking .060" to .080" is the norm. Am I right?

7.350's look to be the best set up for you. most people shoot for .080-.110 preload. .150 preload is way to much, lifter failure may happen.

Thanks man. It looks like we have between .060 and .080 on all of them.

Cool. Thanks guys. Patrick recommended the 7.4 pr's and they seem to be putting well over .100". The 7.350's are staying in. I will be firing it up tomorrow night. I can't hardly wait. It's been 6 months since it's been running.
