TR224 Cam and stock heads???
I'm currently trying to figure out what cam to go with. I'll be putting SLP LT headers on the car (a 2000 SS, with all of the basic bolt-ons etc... see sig).
Anyways, I cannot afford to do the heads at this time but as I said I'll be doing headers (and 4.10 gears), My question is would the Thunder Racing 224 cam (either 112 or 114 lsa) work well with stock LS1 heads.
I'd like to get a decent lump in the cam and good power throughout the RPM range.
Any input or other recommendations is appreciated and will be considered.
I don't really know/understand much about cams, etc...
Thanks
Troy

that seems to be working well for most stock head cars, and i think its the cam of choice for stock head cars. I was about to get it, but i went with the LS1SPEED comp 224/224 .563 114 cam for cheaper
also if you have a M6 get the 112, i went with 114 cause i was concerned about idle for my auto
