Default Valvetrain Noise

I know theres been a thousand questions about valve tap, but I cant seem to find exactly whats going on with mine.

Its an 02 WS6 with 66k miles. Engine seems to be running fine.

The only time you can hear it is between idle and 1500 RPM's. Sometimes it sounds like one valve, other times it sounds like it could be a few. The problem seems worse when when its cold, or until i drive a few miles. This is like the sounds that most people consider normal for the LS1

Heres what concerns me:
When i let the car idle for a couple of minutes or more, whether its cold or hot, the noise comes back much louder than before. This time it only sounds like one valve, ccoming from the drivers side. Again it only does it from idle to 1500 RPM, and goes away after i drive it a few miles. It almost sounds like a lifter losing its prime at low RPM's

Anyone have any thoughts on what this could be? If its just normal noise that would be great, but since its not consistent it worries me.

Its probably normal. Hows the oil PSI look at hot idle?

Oil pressure is good. Holds about 50 PSI at hot idle, climbs to about 70 by 3k RPM's.

I thought about a pushrod too, but wouldnt that cause it to tap all the time?

I think ill check them tomorrow just to be safe. Ive read that its not hard to adjust the rocker arms, just torque to 22ft/lbs right?

Well it could be some are slightly bent and upon lifter pump up the preload get tighter and quiets it down.
