How much different will be the output of 3 different cams all with the same duration of 221 and lift of .558, but one at 116, one at 114 and one at 112?
I got a cam that is a 116 and was told it was a B1. It is going into a M6 car that will run some N2O. I want the rev limit at 6600. Should I use the 116 or get a different cam?

 

Well, basically (from my understanding from SBC engines) the LSA would affect driveability and the total rpm range.

Rough idle
Top end power (best for shifting at around 6400-6800 rpms (depending on duration)

114
noticeable idle
Great mid range, some top end (best for shifting at around 6200-6600 rpms (depending on duration)

116
smooth idle
Great low and mid range torque (best for shifting at around 5800-6200 rpms (depending on duration)
