Question breaking in MS3

just installed my new ms3/prc st.2.5 5.3 heads. i'm just wondering how you guys broke in your new valve train and cam? i just don't want to go too soft or hard on it. how long is the break in time. thanks for any help.

to the best of my knowledge roller cams don't need to be broke in. but you do need to go through a few heat cycles on the springs.

X2. they dont have to be broken in. IMO i would just drive it for a while around town making sure everything is well and not making any kind of noises. but thats just me

that works. jon at tsp just sent me a message about the heat cycles and driving around. i have no problem driving it around now with the new cam in!!!
