mti s1 cam with nos question

if any one could help it would be a big help
422 motor with a s1 cam chris at mti told me to just line the dots and i would be fine
but after checking the cam card it said to run it at 108 so i check it and it was at 114 so i need some input from you guys the car is a auto

Nervous huh?So was I my first time.Just line it up dot to dot and you will be fine.Its the only to put the cam in correctly with a stock chain and gear.
