No fuel flow!

No fuel flow! Ok, here's the deal....
I have an '87 RX7 TII with a 2000 LS1 / T56...
Electrical Problem:
Not getting signal to pulse the injectors. I've proven that the injectors are -NOT- working by spraying "starter fluid" into the intake, and turning her over.
But, if I try and rely on fuel from the tank (which is putting out GOOD pressure), it wont fire.
In other words, I'm getting "spark" but no "fuel".
Any ideas?
