5.3 heads

5.3 heads I wanna get some 5.3 heads and slap them on my 98 camaro ls1. can anyone help me out with what kind of cam i hould get and if anyone can helkp me out with a port and polish job. local shop wants to charge $4768.00 just for installation of heads, cam, and a port and polish job.

Re: 5.3 heads i work at a salvage yard and i am fixing to order A pair of 5.3 heads off a burned truck for 100 a peice. a good deal or no. i was wondering if i order them. i could strip them and install all my components slowly. what would yall suggest
