What is needed for the head swap. I don't have EGR or AIR. From what I gather I need the following:
Head Gaskets
Head Bolts
Intake Manifold Gaskets
Exhaust Manifold Gaskets
Valve Cover Gaskets
What is the Vapor Vent Pipe Seal? Anything else I need? Anybody got GM part numbers?

You need head bolts and head gaskets. Everything else is not needed. The exhaust manifold gaskets can usually be reused. The valve cover gaskets are resuable 19 times out of 20, and I've never seen intake manifold gaskets that needed to be replaced.
Get your head bolts and head gaskets and get to work <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />
