Default Cam install question

I'm about ready to swap my cam. I was wondering what I should lube the cam with... regular motor oil? or assembly lube?

I just uesd a thicker motor oil 15w-40 mobil 1 syn.

I heard assembly lube was bad for the oil pump.

Just regular motor oil will be fine. I normally just use Valvoline 10w-30.

I used normal motor oil.5w30 valvoline oh and some 5w30 mobil.I ran out of the valvoline. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
