Car running bad after gauge install?

Car running bad after gauge install? Wassup guys, I need some help here.....
I installed some gauges (Fuel pressure & bottle pressure) on a Z06 yesterday and everything went fine. I disconnected the battery before starting the work and when we were done, she fired right up and we moved her back into the garage.
Today my buddy fires her up and under 3K she runs fine. As soon as we get past 3K and start to get on it, she bogs, spits and sputters. I also noticed the oil pressure was a bit lower than usual, but we never touched anything other than the bottle & fuel rail fittings......what gives? Is the ECU relearning?
