Can anybody tell me what my compression ratio is in my stock 2001 LS1??

Also, does my car have a posi traction or peg-leg??

 

posi rear, and 10.0.1 compression I think

 

10.1 to 1

 

Bet it has posi. My 00 Z28 came with posi. Think only the V6s come with the one wheeler squellers.

 

10.1-1, and it has posi rear.

 

2000 and up have changed valve shapes that must lower compression slightly, because of dished shape on combustion side of valves(intake and Exh.)We are only talking .1 difference but i should measure both and see the difference. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
