Got the valve covers off and see no broken springs, so in case it was a loose rocker i checked them all with a torque wrench, all good.
what should i do now, what else would make that chattering noise?? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Bad lifter, or bent push rods exhaust leaks in manifold/header can also sound like a tick.
