MTI Heads, Thoughts? I'm planning on picking up some MTI Heads Stage 2E this week I'm getting them brand new for $1500
Are there any drawbacks or a better way to go for the money?
I'm not sure what castings they are yet but is there even really a difference between ls1 ls6 castings after they are ported and all?

Plenty of people in the 10's and making good numbers with those heads. What cam are you gonna be running?
Ported castings hardly have differences. Deck height is about the only difference in the end with most ported heads. Just depends on what they are milled.
