Default going forged - which rods and pistons?

spun a rod bearing as mentioned in my other posts, but was wonder what pistons and rods I should get - do any make more hp over another type? I have 62cc tsp prc 5.3 2.5r heads and a 230/234 595/585 114+2 cam. I am looking to spray a 200 shot.....maybe 250. What are your recommendations?

Callies and Eagle are the best for the money. Wiseco and Diamond usually have thicker ring lands than the Mahle powerpack stuff but they are all much better than the stock cast pistons.
