Default T&D Machine Shaft Mount Rockers

Can these rocker arms be used with a hydraulic cam with large lift of 0.591/0.591?

Yes. The heads do need to be machined for clearance and you will also need either valve cover spacers or aftermarket valve covers.

Shane there's a little more to it than that. Correct
lifter preload, pushrod length and stand height all the while keeping the adjuster in the proper position so the trunion bearing gets oil is quite a trick. It can be done but it ain't easy.

Adjustable shaft rocker systems like the T&D's and Jesels are overkill in a hydralic lifter engine.
There's plenty of other things to spend money on that will help you more. But..... if you already have everything go for ir!!!

If you are buying those then just go with a solid roller setup and sale your cam to someone. That is what I am doing.
