whats a good head?

whats a good head? i did a search and came up with minimal information.
the car is stock cui and has a 224/.563/112 cam.
i plan on keeping this cam for a while, unless i change my mind and go to something slightly larger like a 230. but that wont happen for a while. i hear good things about RGR heads, and im willing to wait since money is a little short right now. Katech has that sale going on and im just itching to bust out the credit card <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .
couple questions- how does a ported ls1, ls6, and 5.3 head differ in performance? im already trapping at 116 in an auto na. my current heads are 11.1 compression with the stock port. id like to keep the same compression but obviously get some nice flow to match the cam. so what are some good choices? so many to chose from.

Re: whats a good head? Machine work on the heads, plus sometimes they bust though the intake port so they have to fix that too. Even if I didn't go solid roller I still would have got doubles, peace of mind if you ask me.
