Default RP users come in please!

If I were to switch to RP racing oil, which one do I use...21 or 41?

And can these oils go 3000 miles of aggressive street use?

I use the 41. They label that one as their "endurance" oil. I usually change at 3K to 3.5K miles but just did a change today after leaving it in for 4400 hard driven miles.(redlined to 6500 rpm at least once a day.) I'm going to get an analysis done on this last batch and post the results here.

Do you know the difference in 41 and 21. For the same price I'd guess the 41 would be the way to go.

Just wondering if the racing oil is worth twice as much as the multi-viscosity oils.

I'd like to see that analysis when you post it. I've used the RP gear oil and it made a big difference in rearend noise.

From what I understand the racing oil is fully synthetic, but their street oils are actually blends. I'm still waiting to hear back from Royal Purple, but a representitive of theirs asked for my address to send me some free RP to test out. If he sends it I'm gonna run it in my wife's car for a 5k interval, analyze it, and run a second batch even higher. He suggested running it for 20k, that's how confident he was in his product. I still haven't heard back from him though and it's been almost a week. If he doesn't send it, I'll use Mobil 1 SuperSyn in my wife's car. (I'm using Schaeffer 10w30 blend in my car and have no intention of switching unless my analysis turns out bad, which I know it won't)
