LS1 HP BUILDUP PLEEZ HELP i want to buy a ls1 crate motor and build it up as much as i can n/a.
i was looking at mti.com very interesting
i was woondering if 700hp n/a is possibly?i know its gotta be.i just wanna know how to get there.
this is my list for starters.
427 resleeve
13:1 CR
c5r worked heads
very mild cam
3 inch exhuast
ported intake
1300 cfm t/b
pulleys
just alt and main underdrive
meziere electric w.pump
i know there is some monsterous hp engines n/a out there.could u pleez help.

Re: LS1 HP BUILDUP PLEEZ HELP By no means am I a professional, but here is what I understand. With the c5r heads you want to use, you won't be able to use them on a resleeved 427 block. You have to use a c5r block... here...
That will probably get you started, there is a lot of stuff on this forum about the c5r..Just read up, and you will get a lot of your questions answered.

A few large posts. Keep us updated on the progress. I haven't seen any 700hp ls1, but I have seen a 680fwhp ls1.
