Default Knock Sensor Question need answer ASAP!!!

I've been getting the P0327 Code on my front Knock Sensor. I pulled the intake and the rubber boot. It looks like it had water or some type of fluid in it.

If I dry it out. Do I need to replace the knock sensor?

Thanks for the help.

I'd go ahead and replace it, to save yourself the trouble of having to pull the intake back off if it fails again. The K-sensors are sealed up, and if fluid got inside of it, it will continue to short out and not function properly. Its basically a microphone.
