Which Heads for 408?

Which Heads for 408? Hey guys, my car is in the shop right now. I spun some bearings and will have to get a new block. If the warranty covers it, fine. If it not, I'm doing some research on a 408 build up. Questions are:
Which heads for a 408 Iron Block?
I've decided between TrickFlows and ETP. I am loving the numbers they put down due to their shallower valve angles. Since these heads can be milled to the extreme without flycutting pistons, what's a safe number to have if I'm planning to go with a huge nitrous shot of 200-300?
I already purchased some stock and bare 243 heads, would these be a good idea to put on? Should I have them ported by TrickFlow or ETP or should I just buy the heads assembled?

I have ET 245`s and love them! If you want to keep the heads you have. send them to Greg Good and they will be the ****. Greg works magic! He will do it right! Greg worked mine over, Sweet!
