Stands for "lobe seperation angle". In general a narrower LSA will make more power lower in the RPM band, but give up a lil bit of power up top.

there is no right LSA. its going to be different for every application.

i dont know much about it personally but a friend of mine was sayin he wanted something with a 114-115 lsa because he wanted to spray it?? if that makes sense?? you might wanna find out why if you got a bottle in the car
