Default To much crank case pressure?????

I just got done with the heads and cam upgrade on my SS and I noticed that after heavy throttle my oil dipstick is sticking up out of its tube about a 1/2 inch or so. Could this be from to much crank case pressure and if so how can I remidy the situation and what are some possible problems it could cause? I will be putting a dry sump on the car in the next few months and I have been told that will take care of it but I need a temp. fix. Any help appreciated.

Default Re: To much crank case pressure?????

Chances are it is too much crankcase pressure. Change your PCV valve, probbaly clogged.. or buy a breather.
