Default dino to full syn?
What is the earliest (mileage wise) it would be okay to change from dino to full synthetic oil on a new forged rebuild?

Vettes come from the factory with Synth. So..... right away. Personally, I'd wait about 1500 miles though.

On our engines we like to see at min 20 gallons of fuel run first before the change.

I don't think you've got to be in a HUGE hurry to swap it to synthetic. I'm sure you'd be fine waiting until the 10k mark.
